Project Highlight

Dune Road | Westhampton, New York

Windows

This project includes the crafting and installation of 120 windows. Styles include fixed picture frame, outswing casement, and weight and chain single hung. Custom designs include semi-round octagonal windows to match the front entry doors.

Doors

We crafted and installed 12 doors for this home. Styles include in-swing and outswing single doors, sliding pocketing screens, and a custom semi-round octagonal window accent on the main entry door.

Materials

We used standard storm glass, decorative leaded glass, and natural rift and quartered white oak for our architectural windows and doors. Our finishing team created custom finishes on select windows and doors to match interior accents.

Project Notes

We thoroughly restored and modified the front entry door to meet modern standards, and we developed a unique "overhead" weight carrier for minimal mullion on side-to-side single hung windows. Finally, we matched existing semi-round octagonal details to create custom windows to match these details.
